The short answer

Relevant local and industry stories are found for you, based on your market. Pick the one you have something to say about and it comes back written as your take, branded and ready to post. You are publishing a perspective on neighborhood news, not forwarding somebody else's link.

How it works

How does local news become your post?

Relevant local and industry stories are found for you, based on the market you work. You pick the one you have something to say about, and it comes back written as your take rather than a shared link. Then you post it while it is still current, or schedule it with the rest of your week.

What you can do with it

What can you actually do with it?

Being the local source is a position, not a post. You stop hunting for something to say, each story comes back as your perspective rather than a forwarded headline, you can be early instead of fifth, and doing it consistently makes people come to you for what is happening nearby.

01

You stop hunting for something to say

Instead of scrolling for an idea, you open a list of stories that are actually relevant to your area and your business. Picking one is the whole decision.

02

Reframed in your voice, not copied

A link with "interesting read" underneath it is not content. Each story comes back written as your take on it, so you are adding a local perspective rather than passing along a headline.

03

First, not fifth

The value of news is being early. When a story about your area breaks, you can have a post out before the other agents in your market have noticed it.

04

It makes you the local source

A new development, a school announcement, a change in rates, a neighborhood story. Paired with monthly market report posts, it is the whole local-authority play. Post these consistently and people start coming to you for what is going on, which is a much shorter path to a listing conversation than another price cut post.

What agents say when the local content shows up for them.

The local angle is the part agents did not expect software to handle at all. National real estate content is easy to find and worth very little. Content about the streets your clients actually live on is the thing that makes a feed feel like it belongs to someone who lives there.

I have been using RealEstateContent.AI for about 10 days now and I am already extremely impressed. I have tried other systems in the past, and this one by far surpasses them all. It takes the stress out of it and even provides fantastic local content.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How local does it actually get?

It works from the market you set up, so what surfaces is tied to your area rather than national real estate headlines. You still choose which stories are worth posting, which is the part only you can do.

Am I just reposting someone else's article?

No. The story becomes your post, written from your perspective for your audience. You are giving your community your read on local news rather than forwarding a link, which is the difference between adding value and passing something along.

What if I disagree with the story, or it is not right for my audience?

Skip it, or edit the post before it goes out. You are choosing what to publish every time and nothing posts without your approval, so a story that would land badly with your audience simply never becomes a post.

Should I add anything before posting?

Yes, and it is the highest-value thirty seconds you will spend. Add what a national article would never include: which streets it affects, what it means for the buyers you are working with right now, and whether you think it is good news for the area.

Does it cover industry news too, or only neighborhood news?

Both. Local stories about your area, plus real estate industry stories worth having a view on. The local ones usually perform better, because almost nobody else in your market is posting them and everybody else is posting the industry ones. Topic ideas also feed Content Creation.

How often should I post one?

When something worth saying happens, which in most markets is a few times a month. This is not a daily format. Forcing a post out of a story you have no view on weakens the ones where you genuinely do, so skipping is a real option.
