See your whole month in one screen.
Consistency is what makes social media work, and it is the first thing to go in a busy week. Plan a month of posts in one sitting, approve them, and they go out on their own while you are showing homes.

2k+Putting their social media on autopilot
Higher output and stronger consistency
Compared to posting manually
The content calendar is one screen holding your whole month. Send posts to it as you make them, drag anything to a different day, and choose which platforms each one goes to. Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X once. Approve the month, and it publishes on your schedule without you.
How does the calendar actually work?
Connect your accounts once, then fill the calendar as you make posts. Drag anything to a different day, choose which platforms each post goes to, and approve the month. From that point it publishes on your schedule without you opening the app, and you can change anything still queued.
- 01
Connect your accounts
Link Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X one time. That is the only setup step, and you do not repeat it.
- 02
Fill your month
Send posts to the calendar as you make them with Content Creation, or plan a stretch at once. Drag anything to a different day, and pick which platforms each post goes to.
- 03
Approve, then forget it
Give it your okay and step away. Posts publish on your schedule, and you can check in or change something whenever you want.
What can you actually do with it?
The calendar exists so consistency does not depend on having a good week. You see the whole month in one screen, post to four platforms without logging into any of them, publish automatically while you are busy, and still approve everything before it goes out.
One screen instead of five tabs
Your whole month sits in front of you, including your listing posts and market updates. Fill a gap, move a post to a better day, swap one out. No hopping between a design tool, four apps, and a spreadsheet to figure out what is going where.
Every platform at once
Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X one time. After that a post can go to all of them together, or to just the one where it belongs, without you logging in anywhere.
It posts while you are busy
Set your days and times and the calendar handles the rest, up to about two months ahead. Your feed stays alive through the weeks you would otherwise go quiet.
Nothing goes out without your okay
You approve everything before it publishes. And if someone else helps with your marketing, you can hand them the calendar without handing over your social logins.
What agents say once the whole month is visible.
The number agents quote back to us is usually about output rather than effort. Posting more is the obvious result. The less obvious one is that they stopped thinking about it daily, which is what makes the volume sustainable rather than a good month followed by silence.
We are loving using RealEstateContent.ai. Social media used to be a huge headache for us. We've been able to save time and 5x our output with the content calendar.

A month of posts takes about an hour. Most agents spend that in a week of scrambling.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead can I schedule?
About two months ahead. Most agents work a month at a time, which is enough to stay consistent without planning your life around it. Building further out is possible and useful before a stretch you know will be busy.
What if I need to change something after scheduling?
Open the calendar and change it. Move the date, edit the caption, swap the image, or delete the post entirely. Nothing is locked in once it is scheduled, so a listing that falls through does not become an awkward post next Tuesday.
Can my assistant run this for me?
Yes. You can delegate the calendar to a team member or your marketing person, and they never need your social media passwords to do it. You keep approval, so nothing reaches your audience that you have not seen.
Which platforms can it post to?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. You connect each one once, then choose per post where it goes. Sending everything everywhere is possible but rarely the best call, and you can also schedule in Spanish and French.
Do posts really go out on their own?
Yes. Once you have approved a post and given it a day, it publishes without you being there. That is the part that makes a busy week survivable, because getting through it requires nothing from you at all.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
You can see the status of everything in the calendar, so a post that did not go out is visible rather than silently missing. Fix whatever caused it and reschedule, rather than discovering a gap in your feed weeks later.
