What is the simplest way to get started?

You do not need another weekly social media project. You need a place to ask for the posts, make a few changes, and put them on the calendar. If ChatGPT is already where you start, connect RealEstateContent.ai there first. Your saved business details and posting schedule can then be part of the same conversation.

We recommend one small first job: ask ChatGPT to show the brand and calendar it can access. Check the business identity and the date range. Then ask for three posts. That gives you a useful first result without making a whole month depend on an unreviewed assumption.

The RealEstateContent.ai for ChatGPT page explains the connection and the account workflow. This guide covers how to use that connection well. The aim is a social presence that fits around selling homes, with enough direction that the posts still feel like your business.

What do I connect to ChatGPT?

Open the RealEstateContent.ai plugin listing in ChatGPT, install it, and complete the account connection when requested. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use RealEstateContent.ai. OpenAI explains the general installation process in its plugin guide.

The assistant connection and your social account connections have different jobs. The first lets the assistant work with RealEstateContent.ai. Your connected social accounts in RealEstateContent.ai determine where posts can be scheduled. Check both before asking for a month of content.

Choose the account for the business you are marketing. If you manage more than one brand, ask the assistant to identify which brand it is using before creating anything. A successful sign-in alone does not prove it selected the intended business.

Open the RealEstateContent.ai connection. Connect the account that holds your brand, listings and calendar, then give your assistant the social media task you want to complete.

What should my assistant know about my business?

Your saved brand is the starting point: the area you serve, the audience you help, how you speak, and the details that make your business different. Ask the assistant to summarize those details back to you. Fix anything stale before creating a month of posts from it.

  • Audience: who the post should help and what they need to understand.
  • Local context: the places you serve and facts you can support.
  • Brand voice: how direct, warm or detailed you want to sound.
  • Listings: the current properties and approved facts to draw from.
  • Calendar: the date range, existing posts and connected destinations.

A connected account is useful context, not permission to invent facts. If a listing detail, event date or local statistic is missing, have the assistant flag it. You can supply the right information once and continue.

How do I turn one request into a posting plan?

Start with the outcome and the date range. Ask for the calendar to be read before new dates are proposed. Then ask for drafts that fit the audience and the available information. We would rather see a small set of useful posts than thirty captions saying the same thing.

Use my RealEstateContent.ai brand and current listings to plan next month. Keep the posts already on my calendar. Suggest useful content for the open dates and show me the drafts before scheduling.

  1. ConnectBrand, listings and calendar are available to the task.
  2. Create and reviewCheck the proposed content, dates and destinations.
  3. Schedule and confirmApprove the changes and inspect the resulting calendar.
Illustrative workflow. This diagram is not a capture of a completed account action.

For a simple mix, combine a listing post, a useful buyer or seller explanation, and a local observation you can verify. Set a sensible pace for the month you actually have. Leave room for a listing change or timely update rather than filling every day by default.

What should I check before scheduling?

Review the content as if a client were reading it now. Are the property details current? Does the wording sound like you? Is a promised event still happening? Are the image and caption about the same thing? Read the date and destination as carefully as the caption.

CheckWhat a useful review shows
AccountThe intended business and connected social destination.
TimingDate, local time and time zone for each post.
ContentFinal caption and the intended media.
Existing planWhat stays in place and what will change.
ResultWhich posts were scheduled, which remain drafts and which failed.

Ask for changes in ordinary language: shorten the opening, remove an unsupported claim, make the explanation clearer. Approve the revised set, rather than relying on an earlier approval for content that has since changed.

How do I know the posts are actually scheduled?

A content plan in a conversation is useful, but it is not a scheduled calendar. Ask the assistant to complete the calendar action and report the outcome. Then open your RealEstateContent.ai calendar and check the posts and dates you approved.

Look for the scheduled status and the intended destinations. If one account needs attention or an action fails, have the assistant separate that item from the ones that succeeded. Repeating the entire batch can create duplicates. Resolve the specific problem and recheck that item.

Scheduled is also different from published. A scheduled post is waiting for its time. If you need proof that it went live, check the resulting status and the destination after that time. Our drafting and scheduling guide explains the difference.

What do agents usually ask next?

Do I need to rewrite my brand in every request? Start from the saved brand in RealEstateContent.ai and ask for changes specific to the task. If the business details are outdated, correct the source rather than repeating the same correction in every conversation.

Should I start with a whole month? You can. We recommend reviewing a small first set to settle tone and formatting, then extending the same direction across the open dates.

Can I keep posts that are already scheduled? Yes. Make preserving them an explicit part of the request. Ask for a proposed change list before any edits to existing content.

What if the connector is missing? Check the current listing, account availability and platform instructions. Talk to a social media specialist if you need help finding the right starting point.

What should I do first?

  • Connect RealEstateContent.ai to ChatGPT before asking it to manage your real estate social content.
  • Check the saved brand, the account identity and the calendar date range.
  • Ask for a specific outcome, review the content and dates, then approve scheduling.
  • Confirm the calendar result rather than treating a finished chat response as a published post.

Choose the task guide below that matches what you want to do next. Each one has a narrower brief and an example you can adapt to your business.
